The extensive development of production on «Cherkasy biscuit factory», where our sweets are born, peaked in the early 2000s with establishing LLC «World of Sweets», a member of the group of companies «PetRus».
Cherkasy oblast, the region of the Cossacks and Taras Shevchenko, from time immemorial was famous for its wheat fields, which now provide the company with quality and fresh flour. A powerful production of sugar meets «Cherkasy biscuit factory» with sweet raw materials. The company has technological production lines of leading world brands:
- three wafer line «HAAS»;
- three lines of sugar cookies;
- line «TECON» with the production of butter cookies and oatmeal cookies;
- unique line of cupcakes-magdalenas;
- line for swiss-rolls and sponge cakes.
We constantly introduce high-tech innovations in manufacturing to achieve a high level stability in quality and keep with the best price indicators for our partners and customers. And to keep the taste of the products such as we love for home-baked ones, some processes do with their hands: for instance, for TM «Sweets on Quail Eggs» (TM «Perepelka») we split fresh quail eggs and add them directly to the dough.
Since 2001 the production has the quality management system ISO 9001: 2001. In 2015 the company began active investment in the implementation of deeper-level quality management HAСCP. Effective implementation and maintenance of the HACCP system in the production of LLC «Svit Lasoshchiv» is confirmed by a certificate ISO 22000:2005, issued by the independent German certification center DEKRA Certification on November 29, 2016. Application of these systems in the production of «Cherkasy biscuit factory» to our consumers means that:
- we constantly work to prevent probable causes of the defects;
- all employees are focused on the improvement of production processes and quality;
- for the solution of production tasks we have involved advanced technology and scientific knowledge.
Our production is exclusively based on state standards and do not include any genetically modified organisms in the composition of our recipes.
